Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide images of item(s) that are damaged or unusable within the 30 days along with a valid email address and contact information. We are not responsible for item(s) damaged during shipment. Item(s) are not insured for shipment. Please understand that this business is just starting.

Several types of goods are exempt from being refunded. Perishable goods such as lotions, body butters, and soaps are made with a water base and have a shelf life and cannot be refunded. We are not responsible for allergic reactions to ingredients.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund may be considered:

  • Poor craftsmanship
  • Illicit or offensive product received
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is requested for a refund more than 30 days after delivery
  • NOTE: ALL item(s) are photographed during packaging for proof of condition

Once your picture of item(s) and refund request (within the 30 days) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the information. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days. NOTE: Your institution may take up to 10 business DAYS to apply the refund to your account, after receiving the refund from us.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped to another party, the refund will only be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
